We ensured the establishment of a temporary tunnel for paint application in order to continue the applications of wagons during work on existing cabins in the Technicentre. For this, we run different batch studies (electrical, ventilation, mechanical, ...), organized the project and follow its installation and commissioning.

We realize, on-site campaigns of ventilation measurements every three months to check the balance and efficiency of all systems of air conditioning for the cabins, ovens and other technical areas.
At each visit, a detailed report optimizes the equipment and prevent any future maintenance actions.

Following a complete analysis of ventilation systems, we have identified disturbances on lines. To obtain a balance airflow and proper operation of all the equipment, we establish these settings and advise our customer on how to install control equipment with training staff to maintain these performances.

ROBOTISED CABIN OF APPLICATION P2 PRODUCT

We participated in the integration of two robots of application of product P2 (underbody corrosion) with vision system for positioning robots. At first we conducted studies of process and electrical integration, product distribution, accessibility of robots, mechanical interface designs, vision system, all of theimplantations. With the company FIRAC - SNEF group in charge of the overall project and automation, we installed all the equipments, produced programming and robot trajectories, while ensuring coordination site then we performed commissioning.
